1. elderberry
uses: treats colds & flu, supportive to the immune system, improves antioxidant activities, improves blood sugar levels, helps with sinus infections, relieves arthritis
2. aloe vera
uses: heals burns, improves digestive health, promotes oral health, clears acne, soothes skin irritations/ailments
note(s): not recommended to be taken on a full stomach, it starts to rot as soon as it is taken from the plant so it is best to use it immediately.
3. lavender
uses: promotes calmness & wellness, reduces stress, mild pain, anxiety, depression & insomnia
4. rooibos tea
uses: helps build strong bones, supports heart health, pain reducer, helps with digestive issues, aids weight loss, improves appearance of skin, alleviates allergies
5. peppermint

notes: use the essential oil to rub on the bottom of feet & stomach if you have an upset stomach or have eaten too much. To avoid adverse reactions with essential oils since they are so strong – use a carrier oil (eg coconut or almond oil) along with it.
