ingredients:
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
½ teaspoon mustard powder
pinch of pink salt
instructions:
soak cashews overnight or boil for approximately 15 minutes until soft.
add all ingredients to a high-speed blender & combine until smooth.
ENJOY!
notes:
if you are allergic to nuts or don’t enjoy cashews check out the nut-free mayonnaise
