recipe - PLANT-BASED CASHEW MAYO

ingredients:

  • ¼ cup cashews

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder

  • pinch of pink salt


instructions:

  • soak cashews overnight or boil for approximately 15 minutes until soft.

  • add all ingredients to a high-speed blender & combine until smooth.

  • ENJOY!


notes:

  • if you are allergic to nuts or don’t enjoy cashews check out the nut-free mayonnaise

  • use this just as you would regular mayo
